These Early Access Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brunelly platform (“Brunelly”, “the Service”).
Brunelly is operated by Pina Vida Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By accessing or using Brunelly, you agree to these Terms.
1. Early Access nature of the service
Brunelly is provided in early access / beta form.
You acknowledge that:
- features may change, evolve, or be removed
- the Service may be unavailable at times
- outputs may require review and validation
We are not obligated to release any final or commercial version of the Service.
2. What Brunelly does
Brunelly assists with:
- planning, structuring, and designing software
- generating documentation, architecture, and code
- reviewing and refining outputs using automated workflows
Brunelly does not replace human judgement and does not provide professional engineering, legal, or security guarantees.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and lawful inputs
- review outputs before use or deployment
- test and validate any generated code
- ensure compliance with applicable laws and licences
You remain responsible for how outputs are used.
4. Ownership & intellectual property
You retain ownership of:
- your inputs
- your connected repositories
- code and outputs generated specifically for you
Pina Vida Ltd retains ownership of:
- the Brunelly platform
- underlying systems, workflows, and orchestration logic
You grant Brunelly a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the Service.
5. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas:
- you grant us the right to use them to improve Brunelly
- you are not entitled to compensation for such feedback
We will not claim ownership of your products or code.
6. AI models & third-party services
Brunelly uses third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Moonshot AI).
- Only necessary data is processed
- We do not train our own models on your data
- Use is subject to third-party terms
7. Repositories & integrations
If you connect external services (e.g. GitHub):
- access is limited to what you authorise
- access can be revoked at any time
- changes remain under your control
8. Fees & credits (early access)
- Some features may require paid credits
- Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
- Pricing may change during early access
9. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose:
- non-public features
- internal behaviour of the Service
- early access information
This obligation survives termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is”.
We make no warranties regarding:
- accuracy
- reliability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months
12. Termination
You may stop using Brunelly at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach, or operational reasons.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Acceptance
By using Brunelly, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
